Don’t love what you ordered? We are happy to accept online returns within 60 days of your purchase. Items returned after the 60-day return period are not eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in an undamaged and clean condition.

Return process

To begin the process, email help@look-apparel.com with your order number. We will help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. All you need to do is package up your item and drop it off at your local post office.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing for a refund to appear on your original payment method. If there are any issues with this, please email help@look-apparel.com.
